YORK, S.C. — March 9th, 2026 — FOMAS Inc., a leading manufacturer of seamless rolled rings and precision-machined components, today announced a $5 million investment to expand and modernize its manufacturing operations in York, South Carolina. The investment underscores the company’s long-term commitment to the region and strengthens its position as a key supplier to high-performance industrial markets.

The project, currently underway and scheduled for completion in mid-2026, includes a significant building addition, expanded machining capacity, furnace renovations, and new site infrastructure improvements. The comprehensive upgrade is designed to increase production efficiency, enhance operational flexibility, and position the company for sustained growth and broader market diversification.
