On September 7, 2017 Amazon made their HQ2 plans open to the public and turned, the normally confidential process of economic development, upside down. They challenged towns, cities and metros to think and act differently than they ever had before. Charlotte USA accepted that challenge. This is the video proposal for Amazon HQ2.
